Old Mill House is a wonderful large country home with beautiful views, large garden and lots of space for a large group or two families holidaying together.

 

The stunning lounge, which comfortably sits 8, has an open fire with slate fireplace, and windows that look across rolling hills right to the coastline.  There are 4 large bedrooms upstairs (2 Kings and 2 Twin rooms) and a family bathroom with bath and over bath shower. Downstairs, as well as the large lounge, is a roomy snug with wood burning stove, a double height dining area, a large well equipped kitchen, a walk-in larder, a coffee area complete with church pews which faces the kitchen, and a utility/boot room with another bathroom with toilet and shower. 

 

This beautiful Grade II listed country home also looks out over the historic Bempton Mill built in the 1800s and, whilst surrounded by wonderful countryside, it is within just a few miles of the rugged coastal beauty of RSPB Bempton nature reserve, the bustling seaside towns of Bridlington and Filey, lots of award winning sandy beaches, the historic Sewerby Hall, Flamborough Cliffs, Danes Dyke woods and lots to do for all the family!
